2 (28 oz) cans diced tomatoes with juice
2 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 large yellow onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper (optional)
2 cups beef stock, homemade or compliant brand, use bone broth for an even richer taste
All the spices are to taste but here is a starting point
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1½ tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
Cook the bacon, burger, and sausage on medium heat until cooked through.
Once all the meat has been cook add your bone broth or stock, 2 28oz cans of tomatoes (I use the crushed tomatoes because I don’t dig the big chunks), 2 6oz cans of tomato paste, and whatever spices you like.

3. Let that whole concoction simmer on low heat for about 2 hours and stir every 20-30 minutes.
4. Eat the chili
